He also contributes to writing programs that outline business operations and strategies, and he provides support for compliance audits with suppliers, vendors and the United States Coast Guard.

Ergon provides career options for many engineering disciplines, including industrial. We are committed to developing and putting engineers on a clear path to a fulfilling career where they can put their critical thinking skills to use to improve the world around us. While these are qualities Wynne appreciates in our business, it’s our values and dedication to our people that continue to influence his desire to be part of the Ergon family.

“From the day I started at Ergon, I could tell that the company was unapologetically dedicated to people – both employees and customers,” said Wynne. “I’d heard good things about Ergon and the Lampton family and have since experienced all those good things. I love being part of a company that stands behind employees and follows through on commitments. I also love that Ergon raises a cross above the corporate headquarters twice a year commemorating the birth and resurrection of Jesus Christ. I feel like I’m part of a family here, and I love helping to support and grow this company because my own children may work here one day.” Family through and through, that’s what Ergon is all about.
