The Stevie Awards for Great Employers is a program that recognizes businesses worldwide for their commitment to creating great working environments, including the people, products and services that contribute to this commitment. This year, more than 12,000 nominations from organizations around the world were submitted for consideration in a range of categories. Ergon was honored to be recognized for our commitment to investing in future leaders of the industries we serve.

Such investments include the Mississippi State University Engineering Summer Bridge Program, in which we sponsor and participate in activities such as interactive workshops, travel to tour Ergon facilities and an engineering design team project. In addition to our work with the Summer Bridge Program, Ergon promotes trade careers in marine transportation and construction, and partners with local groups and nonprofits to help encourage interest in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) education.
