Flowood, Miss. — Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc. (Ergon A&E) has purchased the assets of Gardner Asphalt Corporation’s asphalt and emulsion terminal located in Tampa, Florida. The transaction was effective as of October 1, 2023.
“The acquisition of these assets in Florida further strengthens Ergon’s long-standing position as the industry’s resource leader,” commented Baxter Burns, President of Ergon A&E.
